8 Steps to Filing and Getting Your Refund/Getting Your Return:

  • Signed Engagement Letter

  • Submit Documents

  • Complete Tax Organizer (all clients must complete no exceptions)

  • Client appointment/Interview (discuss returns/fees)

  • Pay your 50% Deposit

  • Tax Engagements/Work

  • Exit Interview/Review with client

  • Balance is paid in full before documents are released for signature.

  • Documents are signed

  • Submission to IRS/State

  • Receive Electronic & Mailed copy of tax return (within 10 business days after interview)

Appointments 

  • Tax Appointments after March 30th clients will be placed on an extension.

  • All clients are seen by appointment only, no walk-in.

  • No show will be charged a no-show fee of $50, towards the balance of service. If not canceled/rescheduled 5 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments are conducted in person, virtually, or by phone

Paid Consultations

  • Rate of $250 per hour

  • The consultation fee will be applied towards the balance of service if service is obtained

  • Consultations are in-person and by a virtual meeting. If you are 15 mins late you should reschedule as lost time will not extend over appointment time. 

  • Consultation can be split into two 30-min sessions if needed.

Fees

  • 50% deposits upfront. The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • We do not proved refunds for service. You will receive a credit balance.

When Will I Receive My Tax Return

  • Within 10 Business Days after all documents are submitted.

  • If the request for documents, this will prolong service, as we will have to put in/out of the workflow.
